🌲🔥Mamy przyjemność ogłosić, że 3 lipca, w środę, odbędzie się wyjątkowa Estońska Ceremonia DzikoSaunowa z udziałem Elis Seppius, która przyjedzie do nas właśnie z Estonii. Elis poznaliśmy podczas naszego nadbałtyckiego roadtripa tej wiosny. Poprowadziła wówczas dla naszej grupy wspaniały rytuał w saunie dymnej, ze śpiewem, solą, witkami i miodem.

🌿 🌿 Elis pobierała nauki u samej Edy Veeroja z Mooska Farm - prawdziwej saunowej wiedźmy, o bardzo potężnym wglądzie w świat medycyny temperatury - byliśmy także u niej i poczuliśmy na własnej skórze, co potrafi.

Teraz Elis przyjeżdża do Polski, odwiedzić naszą drużynę i przy okazji przeprowadzić 4 saunowe spotkania, z których jedno odbywa się właśnie u nas :)

“My name is Elis Seppius and I am the keeper of Estonian smoke sauna heritage. Smoke sauna tradition goes back to the deepest roots of our culture. The words we use about sauna are ancient, probably as old as the ways to work with the elements of fire, smoke, water, steam and wind to bring healing and transformation.

First I was a psychologist, therapist and journalist and a mother of 2. My journey of also becoming a sauna woman began years ago when I first met indigenous American elders. The calling was intense during our meetings in sweat lodges and temascals, but I didn’t understand the link of their culture to mine at that time.

Years later I finally met my Estonian sauna teacher Eda Veeroja and everything fell into its place. Heated stones and steam in a tiny dark room are elements that connect us all - from indigenous people from Siberia to America and everyone in between. The sauna has become the home of my soul. Over the past two years, I have travelled in Estonia and Scandinavia, creating ceremonies in private saunas, larger commercial saunas, small gatherings, and crowded festivals, all in pursuit of my calling to help create healing connections between human hearts and saunas. This journey aims to help us experience the magnificent healing potential that any sauna can offer when used intentionally.

In Estonian indigenous religion, groves have been revered as holy places. These sacred forests, brimming with spirit, have served as places of worship instead of traditional churches. Among the trees lies a wellspring of wisdom, while by the fresh water springs, a connection to the eternal is felt. Saunas in our homes are akin to tiny chapels within this forest cathedral. These small, humble, and private structures offer everything a human needs - a secure space to experience our physical embodiment, a reminder of the cycle of rebirth, a sense of awe as we discover boundless spaciousness within our hearts, and an infinite love that binds generations and timelines together.

Sauna is as ethereal as it’s practical and mundane. We get clean, properly clean - beamingly happily clean. But sauna also is a place to connect to one’s ancestral blessings, to experience the higher timeline scenarios and start manifesting them, and to become the wisdom carrier for the future generations.

In addition to sauna, I offer craniosacral resonance therapy and hawaiian lomi-lomi massage sessions. Both are great modalities helping to balance nervous system and bring general wellbeing and healing.

Biodynamic craniosacral resonance therapy stems from osteopathy. This non-invasive method very gently calls for the client's system to realign towards greater balance and peace. The session takes place on a massage table, lasting approximately 45-50 minutes. The method doesn't trigger re-traumatization; clients mostly go into a deep, calm state of relaxation. Often, a state of inspirational life revisioning is experienced, where clients perceive their lives from a higher perspective and notice broader solutions surrounding the issues at hand.

Lomi-lomi nui massage is a Hawaiian healing system. The metaphor of an ocean wave is most often used to describe how a lomi-lomi session feels. It's a journey that goes from an extra soft, breezy swipe to a full-bodied sensation of being entirely submerged by a massive wave. And back. Together with ancestral healing prayers, it's a powerful journey of cleansing and restarting both body and mind.
